QCoast2100 is governed by a Board comprising members from the Local Government Association of Queensland (LGAQ), the Department of Environment and Science (DES) and the Department of Local Government, Racing and Multicultural Affairs (DLGRMA) providing oversight and the decision-making authority for all matters related to the Program.
The Program will provide support and assistance to local governments in the form of:
- An LGAQ appointed Program Coordinator who will oversee the day to day operation and delivery of the Program.
- An Expert Panel to provide technical advice to the Board, Program Coordinator and local governments as required; and
- A Project Advisor to provide direct support to local governments on scoping projects, understanding technical requirements and managing project variations as they arise.
