Program Governance

The Program Delivery Team is governed by the QCoast2100 Board, which is chaired by the Department of Environment, Tourism, Science and Innovation (DETSI) and includes representatives from the Local Government Association of Queensland (LGAQ), and the Department of Local Government, Water and Volunteers (DLGWV). The QCoast2100 Board provides oversight and is the decision-making authority for all matters related to QCoast.

The QCoast Expert Panel to provides technical advice to the Board, Program Manager and local governments as required.
