KNOWLEDGE AND INFORMATION SHARING FORUM #3

The LGAQ hosted the 3rd QCoast2100 Knowledge & Information Sharing Forum in Townsville on Thursday, 9th of November 2017. Presentations from the experts focused on Phase 3 (Identify areas exposed to current and future coastal hazards) and Phase 4 (Identify key assets potentially impacted) of a CHAS while 4 councils discussed their CHAS journeys to date.  All presentations can be viewed by following the links in the table below.

Over 50 participants including 17 coastal councils attended the forum, with representatives from various departments such as asset management, disaster management, engineering, environment, sustainability, infrastructure and planning. Participants also included a number of private consultants and academia.
